Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club offers Lifetime Membership; however, the Lifetime Membership ceases to exist upon the death of a Member and/or the closure of Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club as a business.
Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club adheres to the POPI Act, and the only information that will be seen by/shared with other Members will be your Name, Sponsor ID, Username/Code, and Referral Link created by Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club as your form of identification, and not any other personal information provided by yourself to Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club.
All Club Membership Sales are final after 7 Calendar days from registration and a No Refunds Policy shall apply. Therefore, every member is required to READ and ACCEPT the TERMS and CONDITIONS before registering to become a member and before making the online payment. As per the CPA in South Africa all new members have a cooling off period of 5 Working Days (i.e. the first 7 Calendar days from date of joining) in which to assess the club and decide for themselves whether they would like to stay or not.
In the case of transactions resulting from direct marketing, consumers have a "cooling-off" period during which they can cancel the transaction.
This cancellation must be done in writing within five business days of the transaction or delivery of goods.
Within the cooling off period the refundable amount is the initial Registration Fee of R1850.00 LESS 18.5% (R342,25) Handling Fee. The handling fee is charged to cover the expenses related to order fulfilment including the Welcome Pack couriered to the member and the emailed E-books, which need not be returned when a Refund is processed within the cooling off period.
All memberships are final after the 7 Calendar days from registration. No Refunds will be paid after the cooling off period on the R1850.00 paid which covers the 2x E-books Material, Itirele Notebook, 1x Free Product, Lifetime Club Membership and free 1x cycle participation in the Referral Programme (worth R1500.00).
No Minors may join the club, i.e. no under 18s.
Member must have a valid ID number and ID document or valid Passport number and Passport document, Proof of Address dated less than 3 months, and a South African Bank Account. Should the Member provide a non-South African Bank Account details the Member will be subject/liable to the international transfer banking fees.
Foreign nationals: Note that Welcome Packs, i.e. notebook together with the free product will not be provided on addresses outside of South Africa.
Member to ensure they have a secure password and keep confidential. Itirele will not be held liable for any loss of funds/property as an insecure password might put your account at risk. Member will be able to reset their password, however security measures will be put in place when such occurs.
No multiple memberships/profiles allowed. Should duplicate accounts be detected the initial account will be blocked until proven otherwise by member.
Members must accept and adhere to the company’s terms and conditions before making the R1850.00 payment. Making the R1850.00 Fee payment indicates acceptance of the company’s terms and conditions, including those of the Referral Programme.
NB: During registration all Membership Fees to be paid online on Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club’s official website; no funds to be sent or paid to any person/member. Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club will not be held responsible for any funds not paid directly online on their official website.

During Registration: Members will supply the Club with their personal details (Full names, Date of birth, Residential address, Cell number, Email address and Banking details).
Before first payout: Copy of certified ID/Passport and Proof of Address dated less than 3 months to be emailed to fica@itirele-sa.club and/or uploaded onto the system on the member’s profile before payouts can be made.
To become a member, you must be referred/recruited by an existing Member. You will, therefore, require a Referral Link from the Member who invited you to the club.
You will then use the link to register and make the Membership fee payment online on our website www.itirele-sa.com and once registration and payment is complete you will receive your Membership Number which will also be your Username, and your profile will be active.
You will then now be able to login and have access to all business empowerment tools via the website.
You will also receive your own Referral Link to earn commission for referring more members to the club.

Membership fees are to be paid online on Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club’s official website during registration via Payfast, E-Wallet, or E-Pin (voucher).
NO Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club Banking Details will be provided, therefore, no bank deposits/EFTs will be accepted.

Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club Offers Do It Yourself Guides and Work For Yourself opportunities to all registered members.
If a Member leaves our site, moving to any other site including that of our Work For Yourself Opportunities Partners/Affiliates and Do It Yourself Guide links, via a link or otherwise, Member will be subject to the policies and costs of that website provider and as Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club we will not be held liable for anything that could occur from using the links.
Taking up any of the services provided by our Work For Yourself Opportunities Partners/Affiliates and that of the Do It Yourself Guides may come with extra costs charged by the said Partners/Affiliates and Guide Owners.
NB: Members to also note that any matter pertaining to the Work For Yourself Opportunities and the Do It Yourself Guides including but not limited to enquiries, queries, complaints, and refunds, should be directed to the specific Work For Yourself Opportunities Partners and the Do It Yourself Guides Owners, and Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club will not be held responsible for any agreements or business entered between our Member and the Work For Yourself Opportunities Partners and the Do It Yourself Guides Owners.

Member to note that the initial R1850.00 paid upon registration/joining the club is for the 2x E-books, Itirele Notebook, 1 x free product from Work for Yourself Partner and Lifetime Club Membership and grants the Member a free 1x cycle participation in the Referral Programme (worth R1500.00), but to participate again in the Referral Programme once the 1x cycle is complete will require a Participation Payment of R1500.00.
No Minors may join or be registered in the Referral Programme, i.e. no under 18s.
Members must ensure to capture the correct personal details upon registration as payout due will not be made without the receipt of certified ID/Passport and Proof of address not older than 3 months confirming the captured information. No Payouts will be made for Minor accounts/profiles, funds will be forfeited as Minors are not allowed to join the club and the Referral Programme.
Commission Payouts due will only be made as per Level Completed for Successfully On-boarded/Recruited Members. NB: However, for Bonus Level 5: Withdrawals will only be permitted from and at 50%, then at 100% completion of the level only, R25K at 50% and R75K at 100% Level Completion.
*A Successfully On-boarded/Recruited Member is one that has made their registration payment online on Itirele's official website and payment has been verified. (Please note once a member can login then payment has been verified).
Multiple entries into the Referral Programme by same member is not allowed, as one cannot refer themselves nor have multiple memberships. Should duplicate accounts be detected the initial account will be blocked until proven otherwise by member.
Each Member is responsible to seeing to their Tax Obligations on payouts made/commission earned.
Should a member pass away, his or her family members/beneficiaries will not automatically become members of the club. Their membership will cease to exist. Please note that there will be no Funeral Claims nor Death Benefits, however, upon submitting the Proof, i.e. Death Certificate, the beneficiary concerned will ONLY receive what was in the deceased’s wallet account by the Date of Death.
Existing Members who refer people to join Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club are compensated with a Referral Commission.
First 3 Direct Referrals: R500 per new member successfully on-boarded (R500 x 3 = R1500) the 3 Directs may fall on any level between Level 1 and 3.
Following Direct Referrals / Spill-Overs / None-Directs: R300 per new member successfully on-boarded.
Bonus Level 5: R1000 per new member successfully on-boarded, this is referring of 100 people all by oneself without the help of the Upline nor Downlines.
NB: Each Level must be fully completed to receive the Level’s Payout Due, i.e. the number of people to be referred per Level must all be successfully recruited and on-boarded to receive that Level’s payout
Commission payouts are only made when a Level is complete, i.e. the required number of people per level have all been successfully on-boarded.
NB: However, for Bonus Level 5: Withdrawals will only be permitted from and at 50%, then at 100% completion of the level only.NB: R25K withdrawal is available at 50% Completion, and the rest at 100% Completion.
Levels can be completed by the help of both the Upline and Downlines, i.e. Spill-Overs. As the Upline continues to recruit over and above Level 1, i.e. over and above their 3 people, their more recruits will go to benefit their Downlines.But Bonus Level 5 is completed solely by member no spill-overs.
To receive payout for completing a Level you must at least have 1x Direct in that Level or have completed bringing in 3x Directs by Level 3.
Members can recruit as many new members as they wish to and will earn commission for every successfully recruited member as per Level payouts.
To earn the income of Level 1 member needs to have at least 1 direct either on Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3.
To earn the income of Level 2 member needs to have at least 2 directs either on Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3.
To earn the income of Level 3 & 4 member needs to have at least 3 directs either on Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3.
Should a member not have met the requirement of bringing in 3x Directs by Level 3, then the member will only receive R500 per Direct brought in at Level 4 and not the Level 4's Income. Therefore, the following will apply:
If there is 1 direct on Level 4 and 2 Directs are within Level 1 to Level 3 then member will earn Level 1 & Level 2 income and R500 of 4th Level only.
If there are 2 directs on Level 4 and 1 direct is within Level 1 to Level 3 then member will earn Level 1 income and R1000 of 2 directs of Level 4 only.
If there are 3 directs on Level 4 then member will not earn the income of Level 1 to Level 3. He / she will earn R1500 of only 3 directs of Level 4 on Level completion only.
NB:Member will not earn any more commission over and above the 3 Directs. (i.e. member would have forfeited the Level 4's income).
In the unfortunate and unlikely event where the Member's Full Matrix Tree is completed by their Upline, due to the following reasons:
Level 1-4 is completed by Uplines without the Main Member's Contribution,
The requirement 3x Directs by Level 3 & 4 was not met,
Then the Main Member will be Cycled Out and their free 1x cycle participation will be complete and inactive going forward, and the Cycle Out rule will apply.
To participate again in the Referral Programme Member will have to pay A Participation Fee of R1500.00 then Member will receive a New Sponsor ID, but will keep their initial profile details (same names, ID No, contact details, email address, etc).
You can exit the Main Matrix Tree at any point and choose to jump to the Optional Bonus Level 5, however, you will need to have brought in at least 3x Directs first into the Main Tree (anywhere between Level 1 & Level 4).
Therefore qualification condition to participate in Bonus Level 5: Member needs to have 3 directs sponsored in the system.
When member satisfies this condition there will be a Disclaimer displayed to members that “His / Her Main Tree Income will be forfeited”, and after accepting this only then can member move to Bonus Level 5.
Bonus Level 5 pays out R1000pp for the 100 people brought in solely by yourself with no spill-over help from Uplines/Referrals. Also no further commission to be earned from all 100 referrals on Level 5, only the R1000pp.
NB: Withdrawals will only be permitted from and at 50%, then at 100% completion of the level only. NB: R25K withdrawal is available at 50% Completion, and R75K at 100% Completion.
There's no time limit for Bonus Level 5.
NB: Jumping to Bonus Level 5 means you agree to relinquish/lose out on all commission to follow from your point of exit on the Main Matrix Tree. But if you exit the Main Tree/jump to Bonus Level 5 after the completion of a Level you will receive the payout due for that Level Completion.
NB: To exit Bonus Level 5 before completion of the level Member will select the Cycle Out option, and forfeit any commission for the recruited members at the point of exit. Then the Cycle Out Rule will apply.
Once a Member has Cycled Out, i.e. Completed Level 1-4 and/or has Completed Bonus Level 5, to participate again in the Referral Programme Member will have to pay A Referral Programme Participation Fee of R1500.00 then Member will receive a New Sponsor ID, but will keep their initial profile details, i.e. same Names, ID No, Contact details, Email address, etc.
Member to note that the initial R1500.00 paid upon registration/joining the club was for the 2x E-books and Lifetime Club Membership and granted the Member a free 1x cycle participation in the Referral Programme, but to participate again in the Referral Programme once the 1x free cycle is complete will require a Participation Fee of R1500.00.
Member can request for withdrawal from their E-Wallet, funds will then be transferred into the bank account details as provided by member.
Withdrawal Request: From the 1st to the 3rd (until midnight) of every month the Withdrawal Request will become available for all members to withdraw.
Processing will start from the 4th of every month and may take up to 7 working days to reflect in the member’s bank account.
NB:The processing time for withdrawals to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your bank, the time and date of the request.
Commission Payouts due will only be made for a successfully completed level.
NB: However, for Bonus Level 5: Withdrawals will only be permitted from and at 50%, then at 100% completion of the level only, R25K at 50% and R75K at 100% Level Completion.
There will be an additional 5% Withdrawal Charge upon all withdrawals.
