  • As Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We take this very seriously so that you may feel safe when trusting us with your confidential information.

  • This policy, together with our terms and conditions sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be solely processed by us and not any external companies.

  • We keep certain basic information when you visit our website and recognize the importance of keeping that information secure and letting you know what we will do with it.

  • This policy only applies to our site ( www.itirele-sa.com ). If you leave our site, moving to any other site including that of our Work For Yourself Opportunities Partners and Do It Yourself links, via a link or otherwise, you will be subject to the policy of that website provider. We have no control over the policy or the terms of the website you may visit outside of Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club website, and we advise that you should check their policy before continuing to access the site.

POPI Act

  • Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club adheres to the POPI Act, and the only information that will be seen by/shared with other Members will be your name, your Sponsor ID, Username/Code and the Referral Link created by Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club as your form of identification, and not your personal information provided by yourself to Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club.

Information we may collect from you

  • We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site. This includes information provided at the time of registering/subscribing to our lifetime membership or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with/or on our site.

  • If you contact us we may keep a record of that correspondence for future purposes.

  • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them as it will not be compulsory.

  • Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs, operating system, browser usage and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

IP addresses, sessions and cookies

  • We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is for statistical and security data about our users' browsing actions.

  • Your session activities are tracked! Most actions performed on our site are logged for security reasons!

Changes to Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club privacy policy

  • Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page! Member has the responsibility to ensure that they have read and understood our privacy policy before registration or entering the referral programme.

  • As Itirele Entrepreneurs’ Club, we undertake to operate with honesty and integrity as we are led by the Lord. We will provide our members with the reasonable amount of respect and always deliver. We are led by the verse in: Ephesians 6:7–8 (NIV)“Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free.”

  • And

  • Deuteronomy 28:12 (NIV) The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend too many nations but will borrow from none.
